Photographed at Ohiopyle State Park, this shot was taken just downstream from Jonathan Run Falls. The yellow fall foliage helps to decorate the stream.
Just downstream from Ohiopyle State Park's Jonathan Run Falls is Lower Jonathan Run Falls. This is easily the most difficult of the "known" waterfalls in the park to reach. While I have heard of some choosing to scale down the side of the steep hill, I chose the option of working my way up from further down the stream.
Even though Eckert Falls is one of the easiest waterfalls to find at McConnells Mill, it is rare to find it with a significant amount of water flowing over it. This photograph was taken on an especially rainy Fall morning.
